Refund Policy
Last updated: March 28, 2026This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Open Lora considers refund requests for purchases made through the mobile application.
All payments are processed through Google Play. In most cases, refund requests should be submitted directly through Google Play in accordance with their refund policy.
I. Subscriptions
Open Lora subscriptions are managed through Google Play and automatically renew 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play settings. Access to the service continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Refund for subscription: if less than 2 (two) calendar days have passed since the charge and you have not exceeded the active usage threshold (see Section III) — contact us and we will review your request individually.
- After 2 days or after exceeding the active usage threshold, subscription refunds are not available.
II. Credits (one-time purchases)
- All credit purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or under the conditions set forth in this Policy.
- Credits purchased as a separate pack are non-refundable once partially or fully used.
- If credits have not been used, the purchase was made less than 2 (two) calendar days ago, and the active usage threshold has not been exceeded — contact us to have your request reviewed.
- Technical failures that result in credit loss due to a service-side error will be fully compensated.
III. Definition of Active Usage
Active usage is defined as initiating more than 2 (two) image generation requests using credits or subscription. Once this threshold is exceeded, the purchase is considered consumed and becomes non-refundable due to the significant infrastructure and computational costs involved in delivering AI-generated content.
The number of credits consumed per generation may vary depending on the selected parameters. The cost of each request is displayed before confirmation. Users are responsible for reviewing this information before initiating a generation.
IV. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered when all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 2 (two) calendar days of the transaction date.
- The user has not exceeded the active usage threshold (no more than 2 generation requests).
Exceptions (refund not available):
- The request is submitted more than 2 days after the purchase.
- The user has exceeded the active usage threshold.
- Trial credits provided upon registration — these are not a paid purchase and are non-refundable.
V. Technical Failures
If a generation failed due to a fault on our end and credits were deducted but no result was received — we will restore the spent credits to your balance. Please write to us with a description of the issue.
VI. How to Submit a Refund Request

- Include the email address associated with your account
- Describe the reason for the request and attach your Google Play payment confirmation
We review requests within 3 business days. You can also request a refund directly through Google Play within 48 hours of purchase.
VII. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse any payment in your account, we may immediately disable or terminate your account at our sole discretion for breach of your payment obligations. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback received, including by providing the relevant financial institution with evidence that the payment in question was authorized by the user responsible for such chargeback.
VIII. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or otherwise amend this Policy at any time. We will give you reasonable notice of any such changes through the app or by email. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
We recommend taking a screenshot of this Policy for your reference — this may help you keep track of your subscriptions and purchases.
